Orders
When will I get my order?
We usually prepare orders within 1–3 days. Once ready, we’ll message you on WhatsApp to schedule the delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. If there are delays due to holidays or breaks, we’ll let you know.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please email hello@nuregypt.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Can I order a custom lampshade?
Absolutely! Please refer to Custom Lampshades to learn more about the steps.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Once the design is finalized, production typically takes 3–6 weeks.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship to?
We only deliver within Cairo for our lamps, but across Egypt for our accessories.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact hello@nuregypt.com if your delivery address is incorrect. We’ll do our best to amend it, but cannot be responsible for delivery issues due to wrong or incomplete addresses.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We don't accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. If that happens, let us know at hello@nuregypt.com within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

How do I care for my block-printed lamps and/or accessories?
Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster to gently remove dust. For more information, see Product Care.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do, at a slight extra cost.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Nūr gift cards are available for purchase online.
Are gift cards digital or physical?
Our gift cards are digital and delivered via email, making them easy to send to friends or family.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes, they expire in 12 months.
Where can gift cards be used?
Gift cards can be redeemed online only.
