Domestic delivery

Lamps: Delivered within Cairo only. Most orders are prepared in 1–3 days. Once ready, we’ll message you on WhatsApp to schedule a 2–5 day delivery window.

Accessories: Shipped across Egypt. Most orders are prepared in 1–3 days. Delivery depends on your location, the courier will be in touch to arrange a convenient time.

If there’s a delay due to public holidays or breaks, we’ll let you know.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location.

Returns

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If something is damaged, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

International shipping

We’re working on international shipping, so delivery outside Egypt isn’t available just yet. We’ll update you as soon as that changes.
